Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
There is deliberately no link to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform here: it was shut down on 20 July 2025 and the duty to link to it ended with it. A link to a switched-off platform is now a defect rather than a duty.
Cancelling a contract
Running contracts can be ended at any time through the “Verträge hier kündigen” button — no sign-in, no phone call, no reason needed (§ 312k BGB).
Liability for content and links
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. For content that users record themselves and share as a link, the users are responsible; we do not check it in advance. On a substantiated notice of an infringement we disable the affected link without delay — the route for that is in the Acceptable Use Policy.
The respective provider is responsible for the content of external links. At the time of linking, no infringements were apparent.
