What happens when a subscription ends
Nothing you own disappears. The watermark comes back for new recordings, and your uploaded videos stay reachable for 30 days. Then you get an email, and only after that are they deleted. Recordings on your own disk are never touched — they were never ours.
Cancelling takes two clicks in your account, without contacting anybody (§ 312k BGB). Monthly plans end at the end of the paid month, yearly plans at the end of the paid year.
The small print, in normal words
Payment and invoicing run through Stripe. Under the German small-business scheme (§ 19 UStG) no VAT is charged or shown. The price you see is the total price. A single video may be up to 2 GB; the plan limits are the agreed scope, and the app tells you before a recording if your storage is full — the recording still happens, only the upload is skipped.
Consumers get a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the paid features start immediately, checkout asks you to confirm that explicitly — two boxes, neither pre-ticked (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
